The Town of Cottage Grove Plan Commission will consider the preliminary plat of Kennedy Hills First Addition at their meeting on Wednesday, September 25th. Rezoning of the property for residential use has already been approved at both the Town and County levels, the preliminary plat determines how the property will be divided and what improvements will be required.
