A Field Appraiser with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. (The Town's contracted assessor) will be in the area conducting appraisals for the 2026 assessment during the next few weeks.  The appraiser travels in a car clearly labeled as an Associated Appraisal vehicle and carries an identifying badge.  Look for the official logo on their website at https://www.apraz.com/

Since this is a maintenance year and not a full revaluation, the appraiser will mostly be looking at properties with improvements made in 2025.  Owners of properties with changes in value will receive a notice in the spring, prior to the Open Book and Board of Review.
