Hall Rental Information

Both the Town Hall, at 4058 County Road N, and Flynn Hall, at 116 W. Reynolds Street, are available for rent for your special event. Each hall has a kitchen available, and tables and chairs you can arrange to suit our needs. Users must return the hall to the state they found it in and remove all trash they generate.

Town Resident Rental Fee: $150.00
Non-Resident Rental Fee: $1,000.00
Refundable Security Deposit: $100.00 for residents, $500 for non-residents

The Flynn Hall meeting room measures 49′ x 35′, and has six 8′ tables, fifteen 6′ tables and 82 chairs. The maximum capacity is 180. Wi-Fi is available.

Non-Resident Rental Fee: $1,000.00/day
Refundable Security Deposit: $100.00 for residents, $500 for non-residents
