Kennedy Hills Subdivision

Kennedy Hills Second Addition is under way.

Rezoning to SFR-08 for the Second Addition was done in junction with the First Addition.   

The Plan Commission reviewed and recommended conditional approval of the Preliminary Plat for the Second Addition to Kennedy Hills on January 28, 2026.  Application and review materials can be found at this link:

Plan Commission Resolution 2026-01-28 Conditional Approval of Preliminary Plat for Kennedy Hills 2nd Addition

The Town Board accepted the Plan Commission's recommendation on February 2, 2026

Kennedy Hills First Addition is almost done.

Current Status:

  • The Town and County have conditionally approved the Preliminary Plat.
  • The Town Plan Commission and Town Board have conditionally approved the Final Plat.
  • The Town Board approved the Developers Agreement and Covenants on April 7, 2025.
  • The Developers Agreement and Declaration of Covenants are scheduled for review/approval by the Town Board on April 7, 2025.
  • The Plat was recorded on May 29, 2025.
  • Construction is almost complete, the final course of blacktop will be laid in the Spring of 2026.
  • The Town Board conditionally accepted the improvements on December 15, 2025.
