Kennedy Hills Second Addition is under way.
Current Status: The Plan Commission conditionally approved the Final Plat on June 24, 2026. The Town Board will consider approving it on July 6, 2026.
Rezoning to SFR-08 for the Second Addition was done in junction with the First Addition.

Kennedy Hills First Addition is almost complete.
Current Status:
- The Town and County have conditionally approved the Preliminary Plat.
- The Town Plan Commission and Town Board have conditionally approved the Final Plat.
- The Town Board approved the Developers Agreement and Covenants on April 7, 2025.
- The Developers Agreement and Declaration of Covenants are scheduled for review/approval by the Town Board on April 7, 2025.
- The Plat was recorded on May 29, 2025.
- Construction is almost complete, the final course of blacktop will be laid in the Spring of 2026.
- The Town Board conditionally accepted the improvements on December 15, 2025.
