Please take notice that the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County WI enacted Ordinance No. 2026-06-15, which amended section 25.04 Penalty Provisions of the Town Code of Ordinances as follows:

In section 25.04(1)(b), Class A Forfeitures were increased to $40.00 for parking in prohibited areas or improper parking and to $150.00 for parking in spaces reserved for vehicles displaying special registration plates or special identification cards.

In section 25.04(3)(b), the following Town officials were authorized to issue citations with respect to the ordinances which are related to their official responsibilities: Fire Chief, Building Inspector, Weed Commissioner and Highway Superintendent.
