PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board for the Town of Cottage Grove will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 1 at the Cottage Grove Town Hall, 4058 County Road N, to receive public comments on an ordinance and public facilities needs assessment for a Town highway impact fee for anticipated improvements at and near the Highway 12/18 intersection with North Star Road, to correspond with requirements of Section 66.0617 of Wisconsin Statutes.

All interested parties are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.  After the public hearing, the Town Board will consider action on the ordinance.  The proposed ordinance and public facilities needs assessment are available for viewing at https://storage.googleapis.com/juniper-media-library/288/2026/05/2026-06-01%20Notice%20of%20public%20hearing.pdf  and at the the Town Hall, 34058 County Road N, Cottage Grove, WI and at www.tn.cottagegrove.wi.gov/.  Any person who has a qualifying disability, as defined by the Americans With Disabilities Act, who requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format must contact the Town Clerk at (608) 839-5021 or clerk@towncg.net at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
