Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin is seeking bids for repaving and seal coating projects for the 2026 season. 

The complete Request for Proposal is available at the Town Clerk’s office or on the Town's web site at https://links.towncg.net/2026RoadRFP.  For further information, please contact Dan Dresen, Highway Superintendent, at 608-516-5208 or publicworks@tn.cottagegrove.wi.gov. 

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026 in the office of the Town Clerk, located at 4058 County Road N, Cottage Grove, Wisconsin 53527.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2026, and awarded at the Town Board Meeting beginning at 6:30 P.M. on Monday, May 18, 2026. 

The Town of Cottage Grove reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
